SNF: Swedish Nutrition Foundation

From 2008 the Scandinavian Journal of Food and Nutrition is relaunched as Food & Nutrition Research. The new scientific journal is an open access journal, which means the articles can be freely accessed on the internet. The journal is published by Co-Action Publishing. New name - broader scope
The journal was originally published as Näringsforskning (1957-1991), and later as Scandinavian Journal of Nutrition/Näringsforskning (1992-2001) and Scandinavian Journal of Nutrition (2001-2005). From 2006 the journal has been published as Scandinavian Journal of Food and Nutrition (SJFN). The addition of "food" highlighted the scope to present the latest research in the various fields within nutrition including nutrition related food science. Articles published in previous issues are available here. Abstracts of other articles are searchable on ScandNutriSearch.
